Get Info: General Instructions
To get information means you have to know what you want.
Options: ask lots of questions with YES/NO answers to confirm facts.
Ask open-ended questions to get the specific information. Know you need to know and be careful of answers that seem to cover everything without saying much.
Example of a less strategic question:
Q: "Are you ready?"
A: "Yes"
Example of a more strategic question:
Q: You seem tired today. Why do you think that is?
State what you know then find the WHAT, WHO, WHEN, WHY, WHERE, FOR HOW LONG, BY WHOM, etc..
